RF Validation Engineer

We’re seeking an RF Validation Engineer to play a key role in developing and validating cutting-edge systems. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary engineering team pushing the boundaries of performance, automation, and innovation in RF technology.

• Lead post-silicon RF validation and characterisation activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated RF test frameworks to accelerate validation cycles.
• Perform system-level analysis, debugging, and optimisation to ensure peak performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver robust and reliable RF solutions.

About you

• 4+ years’ industry experience in validation, characterisation, or test (excluding academic research).
• Strong understanding of RF architectures and system-level design principles.
