The Rewards Specialist will support the Group Head of Total Rewards in the development, implementation, and administration of Arada's compensation, benefits, and reward programmes across the Group. The role will be responsible for supporting key total rewards initiatives that ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include conducting market benchmarking and compensation analyses, supporting salary review and incentive cycles, assisting with the design and administration of long-term incentive plans (LTIPs), and administering employee benefits programmes.
