What you will do


  • Support end to end Reward processes across assigned countries.

  • Participate in the annual market benchmarking exercise and Reward reporting to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.

  • Support the annual compensation review and annual variable pay computation to ensure timely and accurate payment and strong data integrity.

  • Provide data driven insights and recommendations to support compensation decisions.

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Reward activities in line with statutory requirements and company policies.

  • Ensure adherence to Reward policies, procedures and governance standards.

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of Global Reward services as part of the broader HR service delivery model.

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
