Revenue Operations Manager

Lightspeed is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Global Revenue Planning & Reporting team as the owner of GTM governance, operating rules, and performance tooling. In this role, you will define how the GTM organization runs by setting policies, business rules, and system requirements that keep Sales, Marketing, and Finance aligned and moving in the same direction. This is a high‑ownership role for someone who thinks in systems and thrives on clarity.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM operating rules – define and maintain the rules of engagement that govern how the GTM org works: account categorization, routing, ownership assignment, and lifecycle status definitions across Salesforce and connected systems.
