We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Operations Senior Associate with strong leadership experience in hospital billing, coding denials, accounts receivable management, and healthcare operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a team of Accounts Receivable / Revenue Cycle associates to achieve operational KPIs.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to drive team development.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to ensure accountability and engagement.
- Oversee hospital billing, coding denials, and insurance claims follow-up.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business goals and service delivery expectations.
