Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Retention role within the FX industry .
Previous experience in a similar position is a must .
Native or fluent Spanish (for LATAM desk) or Portuguese (for Portuguese desk).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
