**JOB SUMMARY:** Coordinate the successful placement of new hires and rehires from orientation to location training through effective communication with the Retail Management, Human Resources and the Team Member.

Responsibilities:

+ Promotes Guest First Standards, Total Safety Culture and Park / Departmental policies and procedures
+ Motivates and maintains employees. Follows disciplinary guidelines and administers corrective action when necessary at the discretion of management.
+ Communicates with Area Management and Managers / Director daily to ensure all staffing related issues are resolved quickly and appropriately.
+ Provides reporting to management to help maintain division certifications (and are kept up to date)
