Shaws Department Stores in Fermoy is expanding its management team and is currently looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join the team.
This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate must be available to work five days a week over a 6 day roster (with Sunday opening for during periods of sale & Christmas)
As a Team Leader in our store, you'll be at the heart of our operations, guiding and motivating a team of retail assistants to deliver exceptional service every day. You'll play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, ensuring smooth store operations and helping drive the overall success of the team.
