Job Summary
/Essential Functions:
The Retail Department Supervisor is responsible for assisting the management team in maintaining a clean and well-merchandised Gift Shop.
Specific physical responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following tasks:
Maintain proper customer service as set by the Retail Manager. Properly maintain floor merchandising standards as set by the Retail Manager. All displays and fixtures must be kept properly filled and shoppable throughout the shift. Direct all personnel working on the shift to be an active part of the gift shop team, ensuring that the entire team is actively working towards maintaining customer service and floor merchandising standards. Maintain a positive work attitude and be ready to help in other areas as needed. Encourage the same attitude and ability from all Gift Shop personnel.
