            Salary  Gross Monthly Salary: $2,800 – $3,200 
 Working Hours  44hrs/week 
 Key Responsibilities  Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, including staff scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring 
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, handling enquiries, and resolving issues professionally 
Ensure store standards are maintained across operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising 
Identify and implement initiatives to improve store efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction 
Work closely with the store management team to support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions 
Guide, coach, and support team members to achieve operational and service standards 
 Job Requirements  3–5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
