Execute all daily store operations strictly according to instructions from headquarters, including store opening/closing, cash handling, and shift scheduling.
Supervise store staff to ensure full compliance with company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures issued by headquarters.
Ensure complete and accurate implementation of headquarters-directed marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
Oversee inventory routines (receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, loss prevention) as per headquarters’ guidelines.
Train and coach staff on standard operating procedures; monitor performance to ensure execution consistency.
Report execution status, operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and staff feedback to headquarters in a timely manner.
Escalate customer complaints or unresolved incidents to headquarters; do not make independent operational decisions.
