Lead, motivate, and drive the sales team to achieve store targets and individual KPIs
Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base, increase store traffic, and optimize profitability
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with Company guidelines
Coach and guide Sales Associates on product knowledge and customer service standards
Deliver high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Handle store administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Store Manager or Supervisor role, with at least 4 years of experience in the retail industry (Fashion / Sports / Apparel preferred)
Able to work 6 days per week, including retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
