Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Sales Team Leader – Electronics to oversee store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in electronics or retail sales environments.

Qualifications

• College Level or College Graduate
• At least 2–4 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role
• Retail sales experience in electronics or gadgets is preferred
• Knowledgeable in laptops, computers, gadgets, and accessories
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
