HR AND STAFF MANAGEMENT
· Interviewing candidates for potential store employees
· Signing of Contracts with new staff members
· Issuing of Warnings
· Resolving Issues with Managers and staff
· Commission Calculations
· Manage Staff Leave
· Manage Staff Performance
· Prepare Staff AOD’s for approval, once approved process sale on the system
· Ensure Company Procedures
· Manage staff attendance (Arriving on time, at work when scheduled and leave according to roster)
STAFF TRAINING
· Training of Staff in Products / Selling
· Arranging for Suppliers to train staff on new or existing ranges
· Implementing new system to make things run more smoothly.
