Minimum 2 years of proven, target-driven retail sales experience in the UAE, specifically within telecommunications, electronics, or premium retail sectors.
Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred (fluent English is mandatory, Arabic is a massive advantage).
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, POS operations, and the ability to explain complex postpaid plans and tech devices to everyday consumers.
Responsibilities
Actively engage with mall walk-ins to aggressively promote and sell Etisalat postpaid connections, home internet packages, and the latest mobile devices.
Consistently achieve and exceed strict monthly sales targets, maintaining a high ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) for the assigned branch.
Provide flawless customer service, resolving billing inquiries, executing SIM replacements, and ensuring a zero-complaint environment to protect brand reputation.
