Overview

The Sales Associate/Keyholder is responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs and providing an exceptional shopping experience. They must be knowledgeable about Veronica Beard merchandise, current fashion trends, and convey the brand and style.

This role is for the pop-up Veronica Beard shop opening in mid July‑early Fall. There is a possibility to transition to a full‑time permanent position after the summer.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales by reacting to and following through on customers’ needs.
• Provide merchandise information and current fashion tips to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain displays, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and assist in floor‑set execution.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the store and backroom.
• Replenish merchandise daily to ensure all items are represented on the sales floor at all times.
• Attend store meetings.
