            Key Responsibilities  Greet customers and assist with selecting car care products and accessories. 
Provide basic advice on lubricants, car maintenance items, and accessories. 
Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and simple maintenance tips. 
Assist and guide customers on using digital payments and loyalty features. 
Recommend fuels, promotions, and car care services. 
Handle customer inquiries on car care, car wash, and servicing options. 
Assist customers with booking car servicing appointments. 
Work closely with station staff, retailers, and operators. 
Perform windscreen cleaning, wiper checks, and wiper replacements. 
Conduct basic checks for ICE, Hybrid, and EV vehicles (fluids, battery health, tyre tread). 
Help monitor inventory and alert supervisors when stock is low. 
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
