Sales & Manpower Analysis: Analyse store sales performance, salary ratios, and staff turnover trends. Study staff turnover patterns and identify root causes for improvement.
Sales Drop Investigations: Conduct audits and deep-dives on stores experiencing significant sales declines. Coordinate with relevant departments to identify and resolve underlying issues.
