Sales Planning and Performance Management Manpower Planning: Roster staff according to projected Peak and Non-Peak traffic, ensuring adequate capacity on sales floor Sales Management: Track store performance, identify gaps and recommend actions to improve results Execute in-store sales incentive programme including information dissemination, performance tracking and incentive distribution Performance Coaching: Individual and team coaching for front liners to improve Sales and CE performance Gather and escalate customer / frontline insights to relevant teams for sales process, CE and promo enhancements
