Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment
Design and implement scalable frontend architecture for our e-commerce platform, ensuring performance, maintainability, and accessibility
Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes across the frontend team
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement in code quality
Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions
Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and evaluate their applicability to our platform
Drive technical decision-making and contribute to the overall technology roadmap for retail and e-commerce initiatives
