The Retail Catering Assistant role is responsible for serving and greeting customers in a friendly and efficient manner, promoting coffee consumption by educating customers on various coffee types at the coffee outlets at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. This role provides effective food and beverage service with excellent customer service and exceeds expectations of patients, staff and stakeholders. All policies and procedures are strictly adhered to in day‑to‑day operations to ensure high quality food delivery.
