Responsible for making made to order drinks and alcoholic drinks in a timely matter. Responsible for ensuring all drink items are correct before going out to the guest. Responsible for keeping all equipment, counters, and area clean and organized on a daily basis. Must be able to follow a recipe and demonstrate time management skills. Must be able to operate a computer POS (Point of Sale) station and perform cash handling practices. . Must be able to demonstrate and perform Barista functions. Must follow all rules and procedures for serving alcohol. Barista/Beverage steward experience preferred but not required.
