As an Associate Manager in Retail Vertical client engagement team, you will be responsible for engaging retailer clients using reliable information, high-quality analysis and add value through a strong understanding of client needs and providing them with the integrated solutions and insights that will help achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities
Support manager to ensure effective account planning and prompt communication with responsible retailers and internal delivery/product/function teams. Engage with the responsible retailers in order to achieve the set business objectives and other operational performance indicators. Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management.
