Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• You are expected to perform some simple cleaning at our merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish necessarily.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer basket.
• Be of service by offering your assistance to product and advise to wear them.
• Be our product specialist.
• Follow company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on our products and services.
• Check and ask superior when in doubt.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility.
• Understand the items selling point, challenges and propose ideas to improve for customers' buying.
• Respect the working environment and your colleagues.
• Be polite, a team player and respect space of one another.
• No gossip and small talks that may hurt feelings of others.
