Attend to walk-in customer on enquiries, purchases, or any assistance needed
Provide shoppers with professional / unbiased sales and product advice
Greet and thank every walk-in customer for shopping at our retail outlets
Always maintain and provide good customer service level
Provide prompt follow up on required actions, customer’s issues/enquiries/deliveries
Carry out daily area cleaning before store operations and during operation hours when necessary
Ensuring products are well merchandised, price ticketing is put up in accordance with company guidelines, display units and areas are always clean and tidy.
