As a Retail Assistant in a souvenir shop, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining the store’s appearance. Your role is to create a positive shopping experience for tourists and visitors while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Greet and assist customers, answer questions about products, and provide recommendations.
Operate the cash register, process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments), and handle refunds or exchanges.
Stay informed about the souvenirs and their significance, including local culture and history.
Restock shelves, check inventory levels, and assist with stock rotation.
