About the
team

Our Restructuring and
Insolvency team act for major Australian Banks and Financiers,
along with insolvency practitioners and corporate clients across
all industry sectors. This highly experienced team provides advice
on all forms of loan recovery, restructuring and securities
enforcement matters, together with corporate insolvency. They also
act in commercial dispute matters for corporate clients and handle
commercial litigation matters of all sizes in Australian state and
federal jurisdictions.
