You will play a vital role in planning, directing, and coordinating training programs for our organization, managers, and team members, empowering them to deliver excellence in line with our mission. This position will be a hybrid position between Training and Restaurant Management. 8-12 hours per week will be spent actively in the Training Manager role. The remaining hours will be spent in guest services and working with team members. This is not a full time office position.
