Provide excellent customer service and cultural leadership
Build strong working relationships with Team Members and other Managers.
Ensures smooth opening, closing and shift transitions, with critical communication between staff and Departmental Support Center.
Takes a lead in ensuring a safe, secure, and sanitized work environment and customer facing areas.
Perform and delegate general cleaning duties as established by the company.
Assists Area Manager with training of new Team Members and consistently coaches the use of operational tools and following standard operating procedures.
Supports initiatives by communicating new information to Team Members and supports with goal achievement.
Safeguards company assets including cash, inventory, equipment, and proprietary information.
Ensure the highest quality of product and service is delivered to the customer.
