Assist in coordinating the front of house team’s daily operations
Lead the team to deliver exceptional, prompt and friendly service
Lead from the front, mentor and train the team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment
Optimise team members rostered to increase revenue and productivity
Address any guest feedback in a timely manner to ensure everyone has the best experience possible
Consistently follow safety guidelines when performing tasks or using equipment reporting all hazards, near misses or accidents to appropriate personnel
The Person:
Demonstrated previous experience in a similar restaurant/retail environment
