Publicizes the restaurant by designing and placing advertisements, inviting food editors to review the Restaurant, contacting local magazines with feature ideas, encouraging local businesses to hold social events at the restaurant
Plans menu by consulting with chefs, estimates food costs & prots, adjusts menu
