Responsibilities

• Coordinating and optimizing front- and back-of-house restaurant operations.
• Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency.
• Weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting.
• General administration.
• Taking reservations.
• Troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management or any related courses.
• Must have 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Must know how to do P&L.
• Has leadership and a team player.
