Latte Stories is a brand new specialty coffee shop, with a brunch menu inspired by cross-cultural flavours. We opened the doors to two stores in Switzerland in 2024. This is a full‑time role for a Restaurant Manager, based on‑site in Cham. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure outstanding customer service, maintain food and beverage quality, and lead a team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and optimizing the overall guest experience.
