            Responsibilities Manage day to day Halal certified restaurant operation; 
Food preparation following food and personal hygienne 
Ingredients stock take and ordering 
Set achievable Sales targets 
Prepare and execute marketing activities 
Manage Customer service/complaints 
Ensure restaurant's compliance to SOP 
Manage restaurant’s profit and loss 
Qualifications Have at least 2 year similar experience 
Be willing to work night shifts 
Be willing to work on weekends and public holidays 
Be willing to travel within Singapore 
Be excellent in communication and customer service skills 
Be a team player
