Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team.
Welcome guests, handle reservations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Waiter in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
