Our skilled nursing facility located in Winchester,Tennessee, has developed a pulmonary program that serves our short and long-term residents’ respiratory and cardiac needs and comorbidities by strengthening their bodies that have been debilitated by the heaviness of the pandemic and/or chronic illness. We have established policies and procedures that cater to our ability to proactively focus on bettering the lives we serve. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Respiratory Therapist,  licensed in the State of Tennessee, and accredited with the National Board of Respiratory Care, with a love of servant leadership. Alongside the Director of Nursing and Infection Preventionist, the RT will execute treatments and interventions as each resident needs to reduce poor outcomes and increase health and well-being!
