**Description:**

**Position Purpose:**

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT), within the Ohio Scope of Practice, provides therapeutic procedures and diagnostic testing to chronically and acutely ill patients requiring respiratory procedures. This position is for night-shift at Mount Carmel New Albany.

+ Provide Respiratory Care, ensure an environment of patient safety, promote evidence-based practice and quality initiatives and exhibit professionalism in the care of patients and their families.

+ Perform duties or responsibilities outside the normal routine care of the patient.
