Job Responsibilities:

• Providing Projections & Core/Non-core FTE Headcount on a monthly basis
• Update organisation chart on a monthly basis
• Provide and update yearly budget
• Provide the analysis for Audit Com meeting
• SAP Updates for Cost Distribution in a structured and meaningful manner
• Budget / Headcount Checks due to change in funding
• MRF Budget Checks
• Preparation & submission of Fund Requisitions (both manual and iGrants)
• Ensuring that the financial accounts are reconciled with the fund requisitions
• Managing the audit processes (e.g. sighting of necessary documents & attending to queries)
• Providing EOM advice whenever applicable (e.g. query from the PIs)
• Ad Hoc queries on Projection and Headcounts requested by Management for budgeting purposes
• Billing to external companies on EOM matters.
