Responsibilities - Manage repair and maintenance, horticulture works, housekeeping service, laundry service, security service and pest control contractors.
- Monitor and manage day‑to‑day operation of the resort to ensure bungalows and chalets are ready for check‑in by 3.00pm daily.
- Provide direction and leadership to staff for efficient resort operations in accordance with quality standards and enforce all resort rules and regulations.
- Coordinate and manage execution of the Preventive Maintenance Work Schedule.
