Manage front desk duties during check-ins and handling of telephone enquiries.
Perform escalations of complex queries or requests to Ops Manager, where necessary.
Handle onsite requests and provide assistance during resorts operation hours.
Coordinate with security team on special vehicles/persons entering the premises be it vendors/occupants/contractors.
Account for damages, loss of equipment, defects after check-outs, to be recorded on electronic check-in forms.
Communicate additional charges to occupants and escape any appeal cases to the Ops Manager.
