The mission of the Resilience Coordinator function is to support the University to stay strong, agile and ready for anything; we champion a culture of resilience, where everyone understands their role in keeping the University safe and functioning, no matter the challenge. By overseeing continuity plans, delivering engaging training and coordinating confident, well practised responses, we help the University anticipate risks, protect its people and operations and bounce back quickly from disruption. Our purpose is simple: to ensure the University can continue to teach, research and thrive, even when the unexpected happens.
