to liaise and with all respective parties ie Client, Superintending Officer, Structural Engineer, M & E Engineer, Quality Surveyor, Main-Contractor, NSC if any, Government’s Authorities and others related to the project
to monitor work in progress in accordance to Master Schedules with breakdown to Monthly, Weekly and preferably Daily programmes
preparation and submission works-in-progress reports to Superintending Officer on Weekly and Monthly monitoring
to study all Approved Construction Drawings issued by Superintending Officer, Structural Engineer and M & E Engineer and Specifications on any discrepancies
to ensure the Contractor’s strictly complied to Specification codes, Approved Construction Drawings, Approved Shop Drawings, Approved Method Statement of Works as well as BCA requirements and other Statutory Boards compliance.
