            Key Responsibilities:  Assist the Resident Architect in supervising architectural works on site 
Ensure architectural works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and HDB standards 
Inspect and monitor architectural finishes and materials delivered to site 
Check architectural drawings, shop drawings, and authority submission drawings 
Monitor work progress and workmanship quality 
Maintain site records, inspection reports, and progress documentation 
Attend site meetings, inspections, and site walks as required 
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve site issues 
 Required Skills and Qualifications:  Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building, or related discipline 
Registered Resident Technical Officer (Architectural) with IES and/or ACES 
Minimum 5 years’ experience as RTO (Archi) on local projects
