Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Eng / B.Sc. Eng)
• Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng)
• 10+ years’ experience in engineering consulting or construction supervision
• Strong command of industry codes, contractual frameworks (FIDIC, GCC, NEC, JBCC), and quality systems

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical oversight and leadership across design and construction phases
