Lead and manage the site supervision team for the Freight Facilities Project
Monitor the Contractor’s work progress against the approved construction programme and identify potential delays or risks.
Ensure compliance with Contract Documents, specifications, approved drawings and project procedures.
Supervise construction activities related to freight facilities, roads, utilities, logistics yards, service corridors, drainage and associated infrastructure works.
Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs and technical submissions.
Coordinate with Clients, Authorities, Contractors, Stakeholders and other consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site safety implementation and ensure compliance with project SH&E requirements and safety regulations.
