This is a mid-level management role responsible for the oversight of residence operations, student staff supervision, and conduct administration within an assigned residential area. By guiding student leaders and managing residence operations, the Resident Director contributes to the holistic development of students as godly Christian leaders and supports the university’s mission and values.
