Job Description As a Reservations Agent at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and that their stay is managed efficiently.
What You Will Be Doing - Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure the best selection for the guest and maximize revenue through up‑selling
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
- Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system
Qualifications - Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Reservations Agent for a 5‑Star Hotel/Resort in UAE
- Guest‑focused personality; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera PMS
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities
- Fluency in both Arabic and English preferred
