Position Summary: Make and confirm reservations for lodging.
Duties:
Answer incoming reservation calls Make reservations Respond to inquiries regarding availability, rates, deposit requirements, etc. Request, collect and apply pre-payments Prepare and send reservation confirmation correspondence Review, edit and report on reservation errors from previous day Set up, review payment inquiries, and pay out travel agent commissions Review, reconcile and submit invoicing for third party reservation websites Prepare, maintain and submit reservation related reporting All other duties as assigned Position Requirements
Education, Knowledge and Skills:
