Responsibilities Reservation Duties: (60% – 70% of the time)
- As an inbound reservations agent, you will handle travel reservations and inquiries with suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, meal vendors, and other service partners in Singapore and other countries, where required.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure accurate bookings and smooth travel arrangements.
- You will also respond to and manage incoming emails, live chats, and phone calls regarding accommodation inquiries for inbound travels.
- Enter new reservations, changes, and cancellations into various software systems.
- File guest correspondence and other reservation documentation.
- Stay updated on room rates, special offers, and promotions.
