Engage relevant internal and/or external stakeholders to identify research and evaluation needs/questions
Conduct literature reviews
Conceptualize and design the studies/projects including the methodology (sampling method, test materials/surveys to be used etc…) and the timeline (project milestones)
Manage all aspects of the studies/projects from start to completion
Conduct fieldwork, interviews, experiments, concept tests, etc. to gather data
Conduct data preparation and cleaning on the gathered data
Conduct statistical analyses on the cleaned data
Prepare presentations and reports for internal/external stakeholders
Prepare presentations for conferences and manu s for journal publications
Excel macro, tableau and Power BI experience will be required
